The first 25 parking spots are reserved for visitors. All other parking is available on a first-come first serve basis. The speed limit in the parking lot is 10 mph, and traffic travels in both directions. Violations may result in a citation. Parking in a tow-away zone, blocking fire lanes, or leaving vehicles on public property are examples of illegal parking and subject to being towed. Sharpstown High School assumes no responsibility for accidents or the loss of property in the parking lot.
Students found in the parking lot during the school day without authorization are subject to disciplinary action.
Students who park their cars on the city streets surrounding the school should carefully observe the city parking signs.
Students who park on adjacent streets must respect the properties of the Sharpstown neighbors—no litter, no loud music, no fast or reckless driving on the neighborhood streets.
